Chargrilled Oysters

Seafood and summer are a match made in heaven and @flychefaldenb knows how to fire up your grill with an appetizer to please your party. These chargrilled oysters are infused with the perfect combination of Tony’s seasonings and sauces to experience oysters like never before.

Ingredients

  • 12 oysters on a half shell

  • ½ cup ghee (melted)

  • 6 garlic cloves (finely minced)

  • 1 tablespoon Tony’s Pepper Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon Tony’s Supreme Creole Crab Boil

  • ½ teaspoon oregano

  • ⅓ cup parmesan cheese (grated)

  • ⅓ cup Romano cheese (grated)

  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley (chopped)

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine ghee, garlic, Tony’s Pepper Sauce, Worcestershire, Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning, Tony’s Supreme Creole Crab Boil, and oregano. Mix until combined and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine the cheese and set aside.
  3. Preheat your grill to 500° F.
  4. Place the oysters on the grill and spoon a generous amount of butter over each.
  5. Let the oysters cook for about 5 minutes or until the edges begin to curl and the oyster plumps up.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over each oyster along with parsley.
  7. Serve immediately with crusty bread and lemon wedges.
