2 Teaspoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

16 Ounces Block Velveeta Cheese, Cubed

1 Can (10 Ounces) Diced Tomatoes and Chilies

1 Pound Hot Sausage, Removed From Casings
-
2 Tablespoons Jalapeños, Chopped (Optional)

Tortilla Chips

Parsley for Garnish

Directions
- In a cast iron skillet, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil over medium heat. Add in your sausage and break into pieces with a wooden spoon. Season with 1 teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and cook until no longer pink.
- Once sausage is cooked, add in your tomatoes and cheese. Turn heat to low and allow cheese to melt, stirring occasionally.
- Add in your jalapeños and remaining Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy with chips!
