Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 1/2 cups milk

  • 1 packet of Tony’s Creole Alfredo Sauce Mix

  • 12 ounces smoked andouille sausage, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Tony’s More Spice Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot, and cook penne based on package instructions. When done, drain the water and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, add butter, milk, and Tony’s Creole Alfredo Sauce Mix. Whisk to combine and bring to a boil.
  3. Add sliced sausage and bell peppers. Stir to combine. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese to the sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Add Tony’s More Spice Seasoning.
  6. Fold penne pasta into the sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
