Ingredients

8 ounces penne pasta

2 tablespoons butter
-
2 1/2 cups milk
-
1 packet of Tony’s Creole Alfredo Sauce Mix
-
12 ounces smoked andouille sausage, sliced
-
1 bell pepper, sliced
-
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1 teaspoon Tony’s More Spice Seasoning

Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, and cook penne based on package instructions. When done, drain the water and set aside.
- In a large pot, add butter, milk, and Tony’s Creole Alfredo Sauce Mix. Whisk to combine and bring to a boil.
- Add sliced sausage and bell peppers. Stir to combine. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add mozzarella cheese to the sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add Tony’s More Spice Seasoning.
- Fold penne pasta into the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
