Cajun Pizza

Slice after slice, this Cajun Pizza by @capt.cooking is bursting with fresh seafood and Creole flavors sure to make you hungry for more.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Pounds Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined

  • 1-2 Pizza Dough, Premade

  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1/2 Bell Pepper, Diced

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika

  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste

  • 1 Box Tony’s Étouffée Base Mix

  • Clear

Directions

For the Fixings:

  1. Cook the Tony’s Étouffée Base Mix according to the box instructions. Once done, set aside.
  2. Marinate the shrimp with the olive oil, paprika and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning to taste.
  3. Cook the shrimp on medium heat for 3-5 minutes, flipping them halfway through, then set aside.
  4. Prebake the pizza dough if necessary.

For the Pizza:

  1. Onto the pizza dough, add the cheese, shrimp, bell peppers and green onions.
  2. Bake the pizza at 450°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Once done, Sprinkle on more Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and green onions. Enjoy!
