Fry up this perfect summer side to take to your next BBQ or picnic! Baking Beauty creates this simple Cajun Fried Corn that pops with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices Bacon

  • 6 Ears Fresh Corn, Cut Off Cob

  • 1 Sweet Onion, Diced

  • 1 Bell Pepper, Diced

  • 1 Jalapeño, Finely Diced

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 1/4 Cup Tony’s Creole-Style Butter Marinade

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning (for Added Flavor)

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, fry bacon until crispy. Reserved 1-2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
  2. Cook onion, pepper and jalapeño until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  3. Stir in corn, Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and Tony’s Butter Marinade. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until corn is browned and tender.
