6 Slices Bacon

6 Ears Fresh Corn, Cut Off Cob

1 Sweet Onion, Diced

1 Bell Pepper, Diced

1 Jalapeño, Finely Diced

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1/4 Cup Tony’s Creole-Style Butter Marinade

1 1/2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning (for Added Flavor)

Directions
- In a large skillet, fry bacon until crispy. Reserved 1-2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
- Cook onion, pepper and jalapeño until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in corn, Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and Tony’s Butter Marinade. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until corn is browned and tender.
