Tony’s No Salt Seasoning

Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

Garlic Powder, to Taste

Onion Powder, to Taste

4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
-
Oil for Frying

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
-
1/2 Cup Honey
-
1/4 Cup Sugar
-
Tony’s Pepper Sauce, to Taste

1/2 Shallot, Chopped
-
1 Clove Garlic, Grated
-
1 Handful Green Onion, Chopped
-
Garnish Options – Toasted White Sesame Seeds, Cilantro, Green Onions

Directions
- Preheat oil to about 320°F.
- Season chicken wings with Tony’s No Salt Seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder.
- In a separate container, add flour and then season the flour with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Add the chicken wings to the flour mixture and coat evenly.
- Heat oil to about 350°F.
- Add the wings to the oil and fry for about 7 minutes or until golden brown. Drain them on paper towels or wire racks. Set aside.
- Time to make the glaze! In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, sugar, Tony’s Pepper Sauce, shallots, garlic and green onion, and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Reduce until thick. Taste and add more of each ingredient as needed.
- When finished, toss in your wings.
- Sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds, cilantro and green onions, and enjoy!
