Kitchen Tip : Cajun Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Tony’s Crispy Creole Hush Puppy Mix

  • 1 Can Creamed Corn

  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained

  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, Melted

  • 4 Ounces Sour Cream

  • 1 Teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 2 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine Tony’s Crispy Creole Hush Puppy Mix with both cans of corn, butter, sour cream and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Mix until just combined.
  3. Pour into a greased 9×9 casserole dish and bake for 1 hour, covering with aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes and then uncovered for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let sit for 10 minutes and then serve.
  5. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
