Kitchen Tip : Cajun Corn Casserole
Ingredients

1 Box Tony’s Crispy Creole Hush Puppy Mix
-
1 Can Creamed Corn
-
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
-
1 Stick Unsalted Butter, Melted
-
4 Ounces Sour Cream
-
1 Teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
-
2 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped
- Clear
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine Tony’s Crispy Creole Hush Puppy Mix with both cans of corn, butter, sour cream and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Mix until just combined.
- Pour into a greased 9×9 casserole dish and bake for 1 hour, covering with aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes and then uncovered for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let sit for 10 minutes and then serve.
- Sprinkle with chives before serving.
