2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Pound Boneless Chicken Tenderloins, Cubed

2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
-
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
-
1 Package Spaghetti Pasta Noodles
-
1 Small Onion, Chopped
-
1 Orange Bell Pepper, Chopped (Optional)

1 Can (10 Ounces) Cream of Mushroom
-
1 Cup Chicken Broth
-
1 Can (10 Ounces) Rotel Tomatoes
-
1 Cup Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded
-
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese for Mixture

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook spaghetti noodles as instructed on the package.
- Chop onions and bell pepper and sauté in a large oven-safe skillet with olive oil.
- Chop and season chicken with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and garlic powder.
- Once vegetables are soft, add chicken and chicken broth and continue sautéing.
- Add Rotel and Cream of Mushroom, mix well and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Add mixture to cooked spaghetti and mix well.
- Top with Colby-Jack and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add garnish of parsley or green onions and enjoy!
