Ingredients

2lbs of party wings
-
Tony Chachere’s Creole Chicken 30min Marinade
-
Tony Chachere’s More Spice seasoning
-
Cajun Buffalo Mop Sauce:
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
-
1 tbsp garlic paste
-
2-3 tbsp Tony Chachere’s No Salt seasoning
-
1/4 cup beer
-
Spicy Blue Cheese:
-
1 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
-
1/4 cup Sour Cream
-
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
-
1/2 cup Buttermilk
-
1 tsp Lemon Juice
-
1 tsp Kosher Salt
-
1 tsp Black Pepper
-
1 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper or your favorite hot sauce

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

pinch of parsley

Directions
- Marinate wings in Tony Chachere’s Creole chicken marinade for 30min. Then pat dry and season with Cajun seasoning
- Grill your wings over coals and hickory wood
- In a cast iron pot add in mop sauce ingredients and simmer for 10min before mopping down wings on both sides
- Continue mopping for extra flavor
- When wings reach an internal temp of 190F remove and top with parsley
- Mix spicy blue cheese ingredients by hand for chunky or blend for a creamy texture. Add more buttermilk if it’s too thick.
- Serve wings with spicy blue cheese and enjoy!
