Ingredients

1 lb boudin
-
8oz cream cheese
-
1/2 c sour cream
-
1/3 c green onion
-
1 c cheddar cheese
-
1/2 c Mozzarella
-
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
-
1 tbs hot sauce
-
3 strips of bacon
-
1 stalk of celery
-
Optional heavy cream
- Clear
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Split the Boudin casing and crumble the filling into a large bowl.
- Add in softened cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Add the mixture to an 8×8 baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove, garnish with green onion, serve with toasted bread or crackers and enjoy!
