Cajun Boudin Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boudin

  • 8oz cream cheese

  • 1/2 c sour cream

  • 1/3 c green onion

  • 1 c cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 c Mozzarella

  • 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 tbs hot sauce

  • 3 strips of bacon

  • 1 stalk of celery

  • Optional heavy cream

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Split the Boudin casing and crumble the filling into a large bowl.
  3. Add in softened cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the mixture to an 8×8 baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove, garnish with green onion, serve with toasted bread or crackers and enjoy!
