Ingredients

1 – 1 1/2 Pounds Large Prawns or Shrimp, Peeled Deveined, with Head On

3 Sticks Cold Butter, Cubed
-
1 1/2 Cups Worcestrshire Sauce
-
Juice from 2 Fresh Lemons
-
Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste
-
2 Teaspoons Garlic, Minced
- Clear
Directions
- Combine Tony’s seasoning, Worcestershire, lemon juice and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add in prawns and sear on each side for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add in butter a few cubes at a time and stir into the mixture. Continue adding in butter after the preceding butter has melted.
- Tilt skillet and spoon sauce over all prawns.
- Remove prawns from skillet and place into a bowl or deep platter and pour skillet sauce over prawns. Enjoy!
