  • 1 – 1 1/2 Pounds Large Prawns or Shrimp, Peeled Deveined, with Head On

  • 3 Sticks Cold Butter, Cubed

  • 1 1/2 Cups Worcestrshire Sauce

  • Juice from 2 Fresh Lemons

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste

  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic, Minced

  • Clear


  1. Combine Tony’s seasoning, Worcestershire, lemon juice and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in prawns and sear on each side for 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add in butter a few cubes at a time and stir into the mixture. Continue adding in butter after the preceding butter has melted.
  4. Tilt skillet and spoon sauce over all prawns.
  5. Remove prawns from skillet and place into a bowl or deep platter and pour skillet sauce over prawns. Enjoy!
