  • 1 Can (15 Ounces) Refried Beans

  • 1 Can (15 Ounces) Black Eyed Peas, Drained and Rinsed

  • 15 Ounces Guacamole

  • 3/4 Teaspoons Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasonings, Divided

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin

  • 8 Ounces Sour Cream

  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese

  • 1/2 Small Red Bell Pepper, Chopped

  • 2 Green Onions, Sliced

  • 1 Roma Tomato, Chopped

  • Corn Chips or Tortilla Chips for Serving

  • Clear


  1. In a shallow dish, layer refried beans, black-eyed peas and then guacamole.
  2. Sprinkle guacamole with about 1/4 teaspoon of Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with 1/2 teaspoon Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon cumin. Spread on top of guacamole.
  4. Top wtih shredded cheese, diced red peppers, diced tomatoes and green onions.
  5. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
