Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, shells on

  • Tony Chachere’s Creole Butter Marinade

  • 6-8 tbsp melted butter

  • Cajun or BBQ rub

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Add shrimp to a bowl
  2. Add in Tony Chachere’s Creole Butter Marinade, mix, cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Remove shrimp from marinade and do not pat dry, then line them up on a pan
  4. Add a thin layer of seasoning then place into a hot oven set at 400ºF for 10-15 min
