This Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe by @eatforcheap will be a winner this season. It’s warm, creamy, savory and loaded with BOLD Creole flavor.


  • 1 cup Tony Chachere’s Creole-Style Ranch Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Tony’s Bold Creole Seasoning

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup hot sauce of choice

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded monterery jack cheese

  • Toasted baguette slices and celery sticks to dip

  • chives to garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a large bowl combine your shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Tony’s Creole-Style Ranch Dressing, hot sauce, 1 tbsp Tony’s Bold, and half of your cheese. Mix well.
  3. Add into an oven-safe skillet, and sprinkle with your remaining cheese and Tony’s seasoning. 
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling. Top with chives and enjoy!
