Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine

1 Pound Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined

1 Yellow Squash, Sliced
-
1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
-
1/2 Cup Frozen Broccoli Florets
-
1 Tablespoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
-
2 1/2 Cups Water
-
1 Box Tony’s Creole Butter & Herb Rice Dinner Mix
- Clear
Directions
- In a large skillet, melt butter.
- Add shrimp, squash and bell pepper.
- Cook until shrimp turn pink and liquid is evaporated.
- Add broccoli, Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, water, Tony’s Butter & Herb Rice Mix and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cover.
- Cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
