Ingredients

  • Two sticks of unsalted butter (softened)

  • 2 cooked Boudin sausages

  • Zest of one lemon

  • 1 – 2 tbsp of hot honey

  • Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning (to taste)

  • Chopped parsley for garnish

  • Sliced baguette for dipping

  • Wooden board

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Spread your butter all over the board and sprinkle with Tony’s to taste. Top with lemon zest, parsley, cooked Boudin, and hot honey. 
  2. Dip your bread and enjoy!
