With a delicious medley of Tony’s Creole and Cajun flavors, this easy-to-make BBQ Shrimp recipe by @michaelgulotta is an easy staple in your summer rotation and pairs great with toasted garlic bread!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Shrimp, Heads On

  • 2/3 Cup Tony’s 30-minute Seafood Marinade

  • 1/3 Cup Tony’s 30-minute Wild Game Marinade

  • 1 Tablespoon Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning

  • 1 Can (15 Ounces) Crushed San Marzano Tomatoes

  • 1/2 Pound Butter

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil

  • Juice of 2 Lemons

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Add shrimp, about ¼ cup of Tony’s Wild Game Marinade, 2/3 cup of Tony’s Seafood Marinade, and about 1 Tbsp of Tony’s Spice N Herbs Seasoning to a large bowl. Toss together, cover, and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Lay shrimp evenly across a roasting pan, pouring enough of the extra marinade from the shrimp to create a thin layer across the bottom of your pan. Add ½ cup of Olive Oil, butter, fresh juice from ½ a lemon, and Tony’s Spice N Herbs Seasoning.
  3. Broil in the oven for about 12 minutes.
  4. Serve shrimp in a bowl, garnish with parsley and a slice of garlic bread, and enjoy!
