Change up your favorite bacon cheeseburger with these mini meatloaf cups, dressed up with the sweet and peppery zip of Tony’s French Dressing.

  • 2 Pounds Ground Chuck

  • 1/2 Cup Tomato, Finely Diced

  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated

  • 6 Strips Bacon, Partially Cooked and Diced

  • 1/4 Cup Pickles, Chopped

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard

  • 1/3 Cup Tony’s Creole-Style French Salad Dressing

  • Clear


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Form 12 mini meatloaves and place in a nonstick sprayed cupcake pan.
  4. Top each with Tony’s French Dressing.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
