Kitchen Tip : Air Fryer Cajun Breaded Chicken


  • 2 Cups Egg Whites

  • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour

  • 1/2 Cup Pecans, Finely Chopped or Milled

  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 Teaspoons Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning

  • 1 Teaspoon Tony’s BOLD Seasoning

  • 1 Pound Chicken Tenderloins, Defrosted

  • Nonstick Cooking Spray

  • 1 Teaspoon Prepared Horseradish

  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil Mayo or Primal Kitchen Mayo

  • 1 Teaspoon Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning

  • 1 Teaspoon Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning

  • Clear


Making the Air Fryer Cajun Breaded Chicken:

  1. Pour egg whites into a shallow dish and place aside.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, pecans, grated Parmesan cheese, Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning and Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning.
  3. Spray Air Fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. In an assembly line fashion, dip chicken into egg white, then into almond flour mixture. Line Air Fryer basket. Continue until Air Fryer is full, making sure chicken does not touch.
  5. Cook at 360°F for 10 minutes. Open basket. Using tongs, flip chicken and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes.
  6. Serve with Mardi Gras Dip!

Making the Mardi Gras Dip:

  1. Combine horseradish, mustard, olive oil mayo, Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs ad Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning.
  2. Refrigerate and serve with Air Fryer Cajun Breaded Chicken.
