There is chicken, Tony’s Creole Jambalaya Dinner Mix, smoked sausage, garlic, bell pepper and onions. This dish is best served with a side of toasted French Bread.
Ingredients

3-Pound Fryer Chicken, Cut Up

4 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
-
Tony’s Creole Jambalaya Dinner Mix
-
4 Tablespoons Margarine
-
4 Whole Garlic Cloves, Minced
-
2 Whole Celery, Chopped
-
1 Whole Bell Pepper, Chopped
-
1/2-Pound Smoke Sausage
-
4 Whole Onions, Chopped
-
2 1/4 Cups Water
- Clear
Directions
- Season chicken generously with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
- Add margarine to a 5-quart Dutch oven and fry chicken until brown.
- Remove chicken from pot and add all vegetables.
- Sauté for 10 minutes.
- In the 5-quart Dutch oven, combine 2 1/4 cups water and Jambalaya Dinner Mix contents.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 25 minutes, halfway through, add in your sausage stirring occasionally.
- Return chicken to pot and stir.
- Dinner is served!
