Pineapple Cake

Made with fresh pineapples, this cake is perfect for any small gathering or luncheon!
Prep time: 10 minutes   Cooking time: 30 minutes   Serves: 12  


8 Tbsp. Butter, softened
2 Cups Sugar
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk
4 Whole Eggs
1 Can Crushed Pineapple


1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and have four 8-inch cake pans greased.
2: In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar.
3: Sift together flour and baking powder, adding milk in small amounts to the flour mixture while you sift.
4: Beat in eggs one at a time.
5: Pour cake batter equally into your four greased pans and bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly brown and toothpick comes out clean.
6: Once cakes have cooled, remove from pans one at a time to your serving plate and spread crushed pineapple between layers.
