Mint Julep

A mix of mint leaves, sugar, and bourbon filled to the brim with cracked ice. The bourbon gives it the perfect balance. Garnish with a spring of mint and enjoy!
Prep time: 5 minutes   Cooking time: 5 minutes   Serves: 1  


4 bushel Fresh Mint
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Crushed Ice
3 tablespoon Bourbon


1: Mash mint leaves and sugar in bottom of an oldfashion glass.
2: Fill with cracked ice.
3: Pour in bourbon.
4: Stir until glass frosts.
5: Garnish with a spring of mint.
