Hot Beer Cheese Dip

Who doesn't like cheese or beer, especially together? They're even better when you add a Creole kick. Tony's Hot Beer Cheese Dip is the perfect combination of hot cheesy goodness and beer, mixed with the sweet and citrusy flavors of Tony Chachere's® No Salt Seasoning Blend. Grab soft pretzels, smoked sausage or anything else you like - and dig in!


Prep time: 10 Minutes   Cooking time: 15-20 Minutes   Serves: 8  

INGREDIENTS:

16 Ounces Cream Cheese
2 Cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Grated Brick Cheese
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
3 Teaspoons Tony Chachere's® No Salt Seasoning Blend
8 Ounces of Your Favorite Beer
Soft Pretzels or Sliced Smoked Sausages


DIRECTIONS:

1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2: In a medium size bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheeses, garlic and Tony's No Salt Seasoning Blend.
3: Pour beer into the same bowl and carefully stir until well blended. Dip will be on the thicker side.
4: Spoon dip into a baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and edges are golden brown.
5: Serve this dip hot or at room temperature with soft pretzels and sliced sausages for dipping.
