Deep Fried Turkey

This Deep Fried Turkey is made with both Tony Chachere's Creole Style Butter Injectable Marinade and Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning!
Prep time: 5 minutes   Cooking time: 45 minutes   Serves: 6  

INGREDIENTS:

1 Whole Turkey
17 Oz. Tony Chachere's Creole Style Butter Injectable Marinade (1 Bottle)
1 Dash Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

1: Inject turkey with a full injector of marinade in each breast and thigh. Also inject marinade into drumstick.
2: While injecting, take special care to rotate the needle in different directions.
3: Sprinkle the outside of turkey with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning.
4: Deep Fry: Be sure to drain all liquid from cavity before frying.
5: Deep fry whole turkey in 3-4 gallons of oil at 325 degrees for 3 minutes/pound.
