Crab and Mushroom Omelet

Is there ever a bad time for seafood? Our Crab and Mushroom Omelet seasoned with our Original Creole Seasoning is one of our favorite ways to start a morning.
Prep time: 2 minutes   Cooking time: 3 minutes   Serves: 5   


1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
6 Whole Eggs, Beaten (or Egg Substitute)
1 Can Crab Meat, Drained
1/2 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning


1: In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, sauté mushrooms and tomatoes for 2 minutes.
2: Add eggs, crab meat, and seasoning.
3: Cook until eggs are firm.
4: Fold as desired on plate and serve.
