Cornbread Dressing

Corn bread dressing is a perfect side dish to any holiday feast. A twist on the typical dressing, it has pork, beef, Tony's seasoning, onions, and lots of other flavors.
Prep time: 20 minutes   Cooking time: 60 minutes   Serves: 10  


1 pound Chicken Gizzards
1/2 pound Ground Lean Pork
1/2 pound Beef (Ground)
8 tablespoon Margarine
4 Whole Chopped Onions
4 Whole Chopped Celery
2 Whole Garlic (minced)
2 can Chicken Broth
3 tablespoon Tony Chacheres Original Creole Seasoning
4 cup Corn Bread (Crumbled)
1/2 cup Chopped Green Onion


1: In a Dutch oven, fry meats in margarine until brown.
2: Add onions, celery, and garlic and cook until tender.
3: Add broth and season with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning.
4: Bring to a boil, simmer for 1 hour.
5: Add corn bread and green onions.
6: Adjust seasoning.
