Kitchen Tip : Mardi Gras King Cake Cream Liqueur - BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Filtered Water

  • 1 Teaspoon Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning

  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream

  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1 1/4 Cups Dark Rum

  • 1/4 cup Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup

  • 2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Make he Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup by mixing 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup filtered water and 1 teaspoon Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning in a sauce pan and bring to a low boil. Simmer until the sugar and seasoning is dissolved.
  2. Place heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, dark rum, Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup and condensed milk in a blender. Blend until mixed. Do not over blend or it will become thick like whipped cream.
  3. Store mixture in a bottle that makes it easy to pour. (It will keep up to 2 weeks.)
  4. Rim glasses with purple, green and yellow sanding sugar and then pour in liqueur halfway up.
  5. Enjoy!
