Sweet Heat Thai Ribs by @flychefaldenb will be your go-to recipe for those looking to spice up the holidays. Thanks to Tony Chachere’s 30-Minute Pork Marinade, these ribs melt in your mouth and create the perfect blend of sweet and savory heat all in one bite.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 – 3 lb baby back ribs (1 rack)

  • 1⁄2 c Tony Chachere’s Pork 30 Minute Marinade

  • 1 1⁄2 tbs Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning

  • 2 tbs Tony Chachere’s No Salt Creole Seasoning

  • 3 tbs brown sugar

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 2 tsp granulated garlic

  • 1 1⁄2 tbs Tony Chachere’s Pork 30 Minute Marinade

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbs low sodium soy sauce

  • 3 tbs thai chili sauce

  • 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees
  2. Remove membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Marinate ribs in 30 minute marinade or inject directly into each rib. Pat dry.
  4. In a bowl, combine all seasonings and add to both sides of the rib.
  5. Wrap the ribs in foil and place in an oven safe dish. Cook in the oven covered for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
  6. In a separate bowl, add all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  7. Remove ribs from the oven, unwrap them and discard any juice.
  8. Add a generous amount of sauce to each side and broil over medium high for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, add more sauce, let cool, cut and enjoy!
