1 Ounce Tony’s More Spice Seasoning

1 Bar Spoon Cider Vinegar

1 Bar Spoon Lemon Juice

2 Ounces Gin or Vodka

1 Ounce Cajun Syrup
- Clear
Directions
- Make the Cajun Syrup by mixing together the sugar, water, Tony’s More Spice Seasoning, cider vinegar and lemon juice.
- Combine the Cajun Syrup with the gin or vodka by shaking or stirring, cold, for 15 seconds.
- Serve in a martini glass and garnish with anything pickled.
