It’s a street corn with a Creole twist! This Creole Street Corn by Chef Virginia Willis was a huge hit at the St. Augustine Food & Wine Festival and is sure to be a hit with your next backyard BBQ.

Original Creole Seasoning

Ingredients

4 Corn Cobs, Husks Removed
Tony’s Creole-Style Ranch Salad Dressing, to Taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese, to Taste
Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
Clear

Directions

Heat grill to medium heat.
Take the husks off of the corn cobs.
Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, rotating when dark spots appear.
Take corn off the grill and brush with Tony’s Creole-Style Ranch Salad Dressing to taste.
Next, sprinkle grated Parmesan Cheese all over corn, then sprinkle on Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Enjoy!
