For The Turkey:

1 cup Tony Chachere’s Creole Style Butter Injectable Marinade
¼ cup Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning (or Bold for extra heat)
2 tbsp melted butter or Fourth & Heart Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee
2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
For The Smoker:
Wood: pecan, hickory, or applewood
Smoker temp: 275°F–300°F
Final internal temps: 165°F breast / 175°F thighs
