1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
Dash of cayenne
Cheddar Mashed Potatoes:
2lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and scored
1/2-3/4 cup whole milk or cream, room temp
4 tbsp butter, room temp
1 cup shredded sharp yellow cheddar
Tony Chachere’s to taste (about 1-2 tbsp)
Optional: 1/2 cup sour cream

4 ears corn, husked
4 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
