1 Box Tony’s Creole Roasted Chicken Rice Dinner Mix
-
Tony’s 30-Minute Chicken Marinade, to Taste

Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste

- Clear
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Rub Cornish hen all over with the Tony’s 30-Minute Chicken Marinade, then cover in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Take the hen out of the refrigerator and remove the plastic wrap.
- Coat the hen in olive oil and then season generously with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
- Transfer the hen to a roasting pan and place in the oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the thickest part of the breast registers an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Cook Tony’s Creole Roasted Chicken Rice Dinner Mix according to package directions and set aside until hen is finished cooking.
- Remove hen from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
