Creole Seasoned Blackened Redfish

Kitchen Tip : Creole Seasoned Blackened Redfish

Ingredients

  • 2 Redfish Fillets

  • 2 Tablespoons Oil

  • 2 Teaspoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 Teaspoon Butter

  • 1/2 Lemon

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Brush each fillet with oil and sprinkle Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning on each. Tap to set in. Repeat on the other side of the fillets.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Add butter to cast iron skillet and place fillets in the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes then flip and put skillet in the oven for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and squeeze half a lemon on the fish.
  5. Ladle your lemon brown butter sauce over fish. Serve with more lemon brown butter and garnish with herbs.
