1 Pound Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Cayenne (or to Taste)
28 Ounces Crushed Tomatoes
3/4 Cup Beef Broth
1/4 Cup Whole Milk
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Freshly Shredded
15 Ounces Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained (Optional)
1 Pound Cooked Elbow Noodles (or Shells if Preferred)
