Ingredients

3 Pounds Red Snapper

2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

2 Tablespoons Margarine
-
1 Can Tomato Sauce
-
1 Teaspoon Sugar
-
1 Cup Onions, Chopped
-
1/2 Cup Bell Pepper
-
4 Bushels Garlic
-
1 Cup Celery, Chopped
-
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine
- Clear
Directions
- Season fish, inside and out, and place in an open baking pan.
- In a saucepan, combine margarine, tomato sauce, sugar and vegetables cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Pour wine over red snapper, followed by the sauce.
- Place in 300°F oven and cook for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
- Serve with oyster dressing.
