- 2 boxes of Tony Chachere’s Red Beans and Rice

- 1-2 lbs smoked sausage

- 2 stalks celery

- 1 bell pepper

- 1 yellow onion

- 4 tbsp butter
- Clear
Directions
- Slice sausage and dice veggies.
- Add butter, sausage, and veggies to a skillet and cook over medium heat until sausage is browned and veggies are softened.
- Add in boxes of Tony Chachere’s red beans and rice. Add in water according to box.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
