2 Cups Corn Meal

1 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1 Cup Sour Cream

3 Tablespoons Baking Powder

1/2 Cup Sugar

2 Whole Eggs

1 Cup Creamed Corn

1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Cup Bacon Drippings

1 Cup Milk
- Clear
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except milk. Stir until well blended.
- Add enough milk to make the mixture pour easily.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins or baking pan.
- Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
