1 Cup Leftover Turkey, Shredded or Cubed

1 Bartlett Pear, Sliced

Gorgonzola Cheese

Pomegranate Seeds

1/4 Cup Tony’s Honey Bacon & BBQ Marinade

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
-
Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning, to Taste
- Clear
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- On a pizza stone or baking sheet, assemble pizza ingredients.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until toppings are just turning brown on the edges.
- Season with Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning and drizzle the glaze, slice and serve.
For the glaze:
- In a small pot combine Tony’s Honey Bacon & BBQ Marinade, brown sugar and Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs and bring to a simmer. Let reduce to a glaze consistency.
