Ingredients

8-Pound Ham

1 Tablespoon Whole Cloves
-
1 Can Pineapple
-
1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard

1/2 Pound Brown Sugar

1 Jar Cherries

Directions
- Have butcher de-bone ham and tie.
- Boil ham in water to cover for 1 hour.
- Remove skin and slice.
- Score with diamond-shaped cuts.
- Stud with whole cloves.
- Place ham in open pan and bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
- In a saucepan, make a glaze with a mixture of pineapple juice, mustard and brown sugar.
- Cook slowly until thick.
- After cooking ham, spoon glaze over ham evenly, then cover with crushed pineapple and decorate with cherries.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
