Directions
- In a large pot, combine the first five ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat.
- Cover.
- Simmer for 25 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add green onions.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
