Kitchen Tip : Simple Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Boiled Shrimp

  • 1/3 Cup Cilantro, Chopped

  • 1/3 Cup Red Onion, Chopped

  • 1 Teaspoon Celery Seed

  • Juice of 3 Limes

  • 1 Cup Tony’s Bloody Mary Mix

  • 10 Dashes Tony’s Pepper Sauce

  • 1/2 English Cucumber, Chopped

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the cucumber and avocado.
  2. Let sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Fold in the chopped cucumber.
  4. Add sliced avocado to the bottom of your serving dish and top with the ceviche. Enjoy!
