Get RecipeTry these easy, delicious, savory shrimp and sausage skewers by @flychefaldenb at your next tailgate. These skewers are loaded with flavor thanks to Tony Chachere’s Seafood Marinade and Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning.
Ingredients

1 lb colossal shrimp (peeled, deveined)
-
1 lb andouille sausage (cut into rounds)

1⁄3 c Tony Chachere’s 30 Minute Creole Style Seafood Marinade
-
2 tsp Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 tsp paprika
- Clear
Directions
- In a bowl, add the shrimp along with the Tony’s marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the marinade and season with Tony’s No Salt, Italian seasoning and paprika.
- Layer the shrimp and sausage onto a skewer. If you are using wooden skewers, allow them to soak in water for 30 minutes before using to reduce the chance of burning on the grill.
- Place the skewers on a hot grill for 3 minutes untouched. Flip and allow to cook an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with parsley and enjoy!
