Shrimp & Sausage Skewers

Try these easy, delicious, savory shrimp and sausage skewers by @flychefaldenb at your next tailgate. These skewers are loaded with flavor thanks to Tony Chachere’s Seafood Marinade and Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning.

Shrimp & Sausage Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb colossal shrimp (peeled, deveined)

  • 1 lb andouille sausage (cut into rounds)

  • 1⁄3 c Tony Chachere’s 30 Minute Creole Style Seafood Marinade

  • 2 tsp Tony’s No Salt Seasoning Blend

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the shrimp along with the Tony’s marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from the marinade and season with Tony’s No Salt, Italian seasoning and paprika.
  3. Layer the shrimp and sausage onto a skewer. If you are using wooden skewers, allow them to soak in water for 30 minutes before using to reduce the chance of burning on the grill.
  4. Place the skewers on a hot grill for 3 minutes untouched. Flip and allow to cook an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the grill and garnish with parsley and enjoy!
