3-4 Andouille sausages
12 peeled and deveined shrimp
No Salt Cajun seasoning
3 tbsp salted butter
Toothpicks
1. Cut andouille sausage into 1in portions
2. Season shrimp w/ Cajun seasoning
3. Wrap shrimp around sausages and skewer with toothpicks
4. Grill over direct coals about 1-2 min each side
5. Melt butter in a saucepan with about 2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
6. After the 1st flip start basting with the butter mixture
7. When done top with the leftover butter mixture and enjoy.
