Ingredients

For Sheet Pan Tacos:

1 lb ground beef
-
1 package Tony Chachere’s Chili Seasoning Mix
-
1 can diced tomatoes with chiles
-
1 9oz bag of scoop corn chips
-
8oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
-
1 tsp avocado oil
-
For Toppings:
-
iceberg lettuce
-
pickled jalapeños
-
sour cream
-
cilantro
-
finely diced red onion
- Clear
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a skillet to medium heat, add oil and ground beef, and begin to brown.
- Add Tony Chachere’s Chili Seasoning Mix along with the can of tomatoes and cook until ground beef is cooked through, about 5-7 min.
- Layer corn chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and add half of the cheese in an even layer, then add seasoned ground meat, followed by the rest of the cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melty and then top with desired toppings.
- Serve immediately.
