2 Pounds Roma Tomatoes, Seeded and Diced

1 Large Red Onion, Diced

6 Cloves Garlic, Diced

1/2 Cup Tony’s Creole-Style Italian Salad Dressing

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic and Tony’s Italian Dressing.
- Place on two large sheet pans and roast for 18-20 minutes.
- Combine tomato mixture with cheese and fresh basil.
- Serve on baguette toast and enjoy!
